Leading Hand Carpenter / Junior Site Manager Gold Coast (Hotels & Commercial Projects) Join a leading commercial construction company delivering major hotel refurbishments across the Gold Coast. We are seeking a motivated Leading Hand Carpenter / Junior Site Manager to support our growing pipeline of hotel projects, internal room fitouts, structural carpentry, and a wide range of commercial construction tasks. This role suits a skilled carpenter with some experience in site management, or an early‑stage site manager who wishes to move up the Construction Management ladder. About the Role Hotel room fitout works (carpentry, linings, doors, hardware, detailed finishes) External works and general commercial carpentry Assisting with subcontractor coordination Site safety, quality control and daily reporting Managing small crews and sequencing trades Ensuring works meet high standards and project timelines What We’re Looking For Experience in commercial or hotel refurbishment preferred Strong understanding of site safety and quality processes Ability to read and interpret plans Confident in leading small teams and engaging with subcontractors Positive attitude, reliable and able to work autonomously White Card (mandatory) Drivers licence + own tools If this sounds like the role you’ve been looking for, please apply via Seek.
