Permanent Full Time Prestigious site Rewarding work environment Attractive rate + Superannuation About the role As a Greenkeeper, you will be key in maintaining and enhancing turf areas ensuring they remain lush, healthy, and resilient. Reporting to the Site Manager, this hands-on role involves maintaining and enhancing turf areas, implementing sustainable practices, and delivering exceptional results. Responsibilities Perform regular maintenance tasks such as mowing, aerating, and topdressing to uphold the quality and playability of turf surfaces. Monitor turf health and proactively address issues such as pests, diseases, and compaction through appropriate cultural and chemical practices. Implement sustainable turf management practices, including water conservation strategies, and pest management techniques. Operate and maintain specialised turf equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety. Collaborate with the landscaping team to coordinate maintenance schedules, prioritise tasks, and deliver exceptional results. About You Certificate III in Sports Turf Management Cricket Wicket experience (desirable) Previous experience in turf management, greenkeeping, or a related field preferred. Knowledge of turfgrass species, growth habits, and maintenance requirements. Familiarity with turf care equipment and machinery, including mowers, aerators, and sprayers.
