IMPORTANT - Please do not apply if you do not have relevant on-site FIFO experience. Oversee daily site administration functions including onboarding, mobilisation, and compliance Manage site manning, rosters, and accommodation logistics Ensure consistent onboarding and operational standards Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy Liaise with internal departments and external contractors to support site operations Maintain accurate records and reporting using systems such as INX, SAP, and Pronto Ensure adherence to safety protocols and site procedures About You Minimum 2 years’ experience in site administration within mining, construction, or resources Strong coordination skills Proficient in INX (including InFlight), SAP, and Pronto Demonstrated experience in site manning and roster management Passion for training, mentoring, and continuous improvement Excellent communication, organisational, and problem‑solving abilities Comfortable working on a FIFO roster (8/6 or 2/1) Contact Mey at Scotford Fennessy Recruitment*******@sfrecruit.com.au 4*** #J-18808-Ljbffr
