As a business they have recently picked up a number of education projects and other commercial projects and are looking for a commercial Site Manager to help deliver new build projects across Sydney. About the role: Be responsible for overseeing the build from start to finish Oversee all sub-contractors & manage the quality of finishes Use leadership and organisational skills to hit project targets Ensure programme measures are being met and client is kept up to date Your Background: Experience with site managing commercial projects Must have experience delivering new build projects over $10 mil 5-10 years as a site manager/foreman Keen eye for detail and ability to manage quality Positive attitude with the right temperament Ability to communicate effectively & drive programme You will Receive: Employment with a commercial builder with strong project pipeline Up to $240k package, based on years of experience Support from office with CA's, PM's and operations manager etc. Genuine processes in place to achieve work life balance There is a strong team of Project Managers, Contract Administrators and Directors to lend assistance.
