Role: EPMO Analyst Location: Murarrie, Brisbane Employment Type : Full-time, Permanent Driving Excellence Across Our Project Portfolio As an EPMO Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in driving the successful delivery of projects and programs across our enterprise portfolio. You’ll provide operational support, maintain portfolio-level reporting, and lead project assurance to ensure consistent practices and adherence to frameworks. By optimising EPMO tools and tracking benefits realisation, you’ll enhance visibility, governance, and performance. Working closely with project managers, delivery teams and senior stakeholders, you’ll identify improvement opportunities, support change initiatives, and foster a culture of accountability and transparency – all while applying your strong analytical skills and ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment. You’ll bring to the table: Essential: Minimum 3+ years in a PMO or Project delivery role Strong understanding of project governance and delivery methodologies (PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile) Experience with project assurance, reporting and benefits management Skilled in tools like Monday, Asana, PMO365, MS Project, Jira, Power BI Excellent communication, analytical thinking and stakeholder engagement Desirable: Bachelor’s degree in business, project management or related field Experience in education, not‑for‑profit or social impact sectors Familiarity with EPMO practices Current QLD Blue card How to apply Click ‘Apply Now’ and submit your application.We review applications as they are submitted.
