Lakewood is located 6km from Kalgoorlie, with our mining operations located within a 40km radius of the processing facility. Roster: 8/6, day shift only. About the Opportunity Reporting to the General Manager, our Site Administrator is responsible for the provision of administrative support to site ensuring procedures and processes are competently managed particularly regarding site mobilisation. About You Previous experience in a site administration position in the mining and resources industry. Previous experience with INX. Fluent in use of rosters and functions associated with mobilisation of personnel to regional mining projects and operations. Sound proficiency in the use of MS Office Suite (i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint), experience maintaining SharePoint, and a broad range of skills in all aspects of digital communication and technology. Experience in coordinating requirements across multiple functions and managing multiple assignments.
