Pilbara location – FIFO from Perth – 2:1 roster Western Work Force is an Australian owned recruitment company and are a market leader in providing temporary, contract and permanent staffing solutions across various industry sectors Our client is a Civil Contracting company with mining/civil projects in the Pilbara WA region. Due to a business growth, a position has come available for a Site Administrator, to manage all administrative duties across one of their major mining projects. This position is offered on a permanent basis, FIFO from Perth on a 2:1 roster. Your main responsibilities will include: Processing of site access requests for employees, including co-ordination of the site mobilisation, organising staff flights, accommodation etc Organise staff training and ensure all required qualifications are updated Scheduling and allocation of jobs, transport, and logistics Coordination of waste licencing for new and existing staff members Updating rosters and creating job packs Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client, contractor, and the project team Complete all safety administrative related tasks Accurate entry of vehicle and plant pre-starts and maintenance Ad-hoc site administration duties as requested by management Qualifications, Skills and Experience required: Previous Site Administration experience, ideally gained within the Mining/Civil Construction industry Excellent PC skills - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and meet all deadlines Excellent organisational and time management skills Strong attention to detail and a real team player Application: If you would like to be considered for these opportunities and meet the above criteria, please click “APPLY NOW” and submit your CV. #J-18808-Ljbffr
