We're looking for friendly and outgoing individuals to join our dynamic team at an award-winning winery, where you will assist in daily operations at our Cellar Door, ensuring an exceptional guest experience. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within the industry and contribute to the success of Mandoon Estate. This is a rare opportunity to join our team in a Full or Part‑time role, with an immediate start for the right candidate. What we’re looking for Excellent customer service skills Enthusiastic about wine and local products Ability to work weekends and public holidays Must be 18+ years of age Must be available to work all weekends and public holidays Experience in sales or hospitality is a bonus but not essential Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment Responsibilities include Guiding tours through wine tastings Must hold a valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate before commencement Hosting tasting experiences Educating customers about our products and venue Assisting with sales and transactions Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the Cellar Door Supporting the Assistant and Cellar Door Manager Benefits Opportunity to expand your knowledge of wine Staff discounts throughout the venue Supportive working environment Applicants must have Australian citizenship/residency or a valid Australian work permit.
