Job Description What’s the role? We’re looking for casual Cellar Door Attendants who love good wine, great conversation, and being part of something a little different. This isn’t your average wine job. One day you might be pouring Pinot at QVM, the next serving sparkling at a pop-up interstate. Key responsibilities Serve tastings, wines by the glass, and bottles to market-goers Represent the IB vibe: fun, approachable, genuine, and inclusive Share our story with customers in an authentic, down-to-earth way Assist with setting up and packing down the Mobile Cellar Door Travel to special events and festivals as required Desired Skills and Experience What we’re looking for Confident, customer-focused hospitality professionals Comfortable engaging with a crowd and talking all things wine (training provided) Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and occasional travel Previous experience in wine, hospitality, or events highly regarded Be part of a brand that does things differently Work at some of Melbourne’s most iconic destinations (and beyond) Join a supportive, energetic team that values creativity and collaboration Enjoy a fun, rewarding work environment surrounded by great wine #J-18808-Ljbffr
