Position Available : Administrator Location : Mackay, QLD About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated professional to manage incoming and outgoing communications, provide exceptional customer service, and direct administrative activities in the office while learning and growing their experience in the transport and logistics industry. If you’re ready to contribute to a dynamic team, we want to hear from you This position is set to commence in early 2026 , ensuring a smooth and well-supported transition into the role. Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and all other statutory and regulatory legislations Processing customer invoices and processing supplier invoices Maintaining the heavy haulage portal including entering job details, pricing and costing information Complete other administrative tasks and adhoc duties as required to assist the operations team Skills and Experience: Strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills Capacity to identify issues and find solutions to challenges that arise in day-to-day operations Well-developed verbal and written communication skills, essential for interacting with various stakeholders.
