We are a trusted and growing Fire Sprinkler Systems company delivering high-quality fire safety solutions across commercial, industrial, and residential projects. About the Role We’re seeking a motivated Project / Contract Administrator to oversee the coordination, administration, and successful delivery of fire sprinkler projects from design through to completion. This role suits a proactive professional with experience in both project management and contract administration, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple fire sprinkler projects simultaneously from tender to handover. Prepare, review, and administer contracts, variations, and progress claims. Coordinate with design teams, site supervisors, installers, and subcontractors. Monitor project schedules, budgets, and compliance requirements. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to high-quality standards. Conduct regular site visits and project meetings to track progress and resolve issues. Liaise with clients, builders, and consultants to maintain strong working relationships. Ensure full compliance with fire codes, building regulations, and company safety policies. Qualifications & Skills Proven experience as a Project Manager and/or Contract Administrator in fire protection, or construction, managing paperwork associated with contracts, programs, projects and services provided. In-depth understanding of construction contracts, drawings, and specifications. Responding to inquiries and resolving problems concerning contracts, programs, projects, services provided, and persons affected. Working with Project Managers, Architects, Engineering Professionals, owners and others to ensure that goals are met. Overseeing work by contractors and reporting on variations to work orders. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software (e.g., Aconex, Procore etc.). You will have a bachelor degree or higher AND have a minimum of one year recent relevant experience.
