As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Contract Administrator or Project Engineer to join our team and oversee minor works projects involving the installation of Wet & Dry Fire Systems. This role offers the opportunity to work on end-to-end project management, from estimation and sales to installation and compliance, ensuring high-quality fire protection solutions for our clients. About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Contracts Administrator or Project Engineer to support our project delivery team. You will be responsible for managing contracts, procurement, and project documentation, ensuring compliance and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle. This job would suit someone looking to become a Project Manager in the future. Key Responsibilities: Administer and manage contracts from award to completion Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers Prepare and review scopes of work, variations, progress claims and invoicing Maintain accurate project records using Procore Support project team in delivering wet and dry fire system installations What You’ll Need: Proven experience as a Contract Administrator in fire protection industry Strong working knowledge of Procore and MS Word/Excel Familiarity with wet and dry fire systems Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities What We Offer: A supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunities for career development and training Competitive remuneration package If you’re passionate about fire protection and want to be part of a growing, industry-leading team, we’d love to hear from you #J-18808-Ljbffr
