Contracts Administrator – Fit-Out Location: Sydney, NSWSalary: $115,000 – $130,000 + Super About the Company Core Talent is proud to be partnering with a reputable Sydney-based construction and fit-out contractor delivering high-quality commercial interior projects, complex refurbishments, and bespoke workspace transformations. The business continues to expand and now requires an experienced Contracts Administrator to support their growing pipeline across Sydney. About the Role As a Contracts Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects typically ranging up to $10 million. Working closely with project managers, site teams, and the commercial division, you will ensure efficient management of procurement, contracts, and project financials. You’ll oversee subcontractor packages, manage progress claims and variations, and ensure cost control measures are implemented across multiple live projects. This role suits someone who thrives in a collaborative, quality-driven environment with strong attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Administer head contracts, subcontractor agreements, and supply contracts Prepare, issue, and manage subcontractor documentation and purchase orders Track project costs, variations, progress claims, and payment schedules Support procurement ensuring competitive pricing and timely delivery of materials, trades, and services Maintain accurate project documentation, cost reports, and financial records Liaise with project managers, site teams, clients, and consultants to ensure smooth, compliant project delivery Skills & Experience Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Contracts Administrator within commercial fit-out, refurbishment, or construction Experience managing project financials for projects valued up to $10 million Strong knowledge of contract administration, procurement, cost control, and project reporting Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational abilities Proficiency with MS Office and construction management platforms (e.g., Procore, Aconex, or similar) Why This Role?
