Quantity Surveyor / Contract Administrator – Tier 2 Builder Atom Resources is partnering with a highly reputable Tier 2 Construction Company based in the Sydney CBD to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Contract Administrator for an initial 6‑month contract. Base Pay Range A$65.00/hr – A$85.00/hr About the Role You will support the delivery team across multiple commercial projects, ensuring all financial, contractual and procurement elements are managed efficiently and accurately. Key Responsibilities Administer subcontractor contracts from procurement through to final account Manage variations, progress claims, RFI tracking and EOT assessments Review and negotiate subcontract agreements Assist with cost reporting, budgeting and forecasting Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and construction legislation Work closely with the PM and Site Teams to support smooth project delivery About You To be successful, you will bring: Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Contract Administrator in the commercial construction sector Proven experience managing projects valued $5m–$50m Strong understanding of head contracts, subcontract agreements and NSW construction legislation Excellent communication, attention to detail and commercial acumen Ability to work autonomously within a Tier 2 builder environment Hourly rate: $65.00–$85.00 per hour (DOE) + Super Contract length: 6 months (strong likelihood of extension) Location: Sydney Metro or Hybrid working Contact For more information, please contact Jack Dargan at Atom Resources – Sydney Office.
