We’re seeking a Contracts Administrator to support the commercial delivery of a nationally significant infrastructure project. You’ll assist with managing subcontractor packages and provide vital support across procurement, contract management, and project delivery. What you’ll be doing: Administer subcontractor and supplier contracts, including progress claims, variations, and payments Support the negotiation and preparation of subcontract documentation Monitor contract performance, compliance, and deliverables Assist in managing project financials, reporting, and cash flow forecasts Liaise with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors to resolve commercial and contractual issues Contribute to tender reviews and procurement processes Your profile: 3–8 years’ experience in contracts administration or commercial support on major construction, infrastructure, or energy projects Strong understanding of contract management principles and project financials Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Contracts Administrator to step into a high-profile renewable energy project and build their career within a global business that’s driving Australia’s clean energy transformation.
