Instructional Designer - Leadership Enablement Compare Club Full-time | Fixed-term 12 months | Melbourne At Compare Club, we’re passionate about building exceptional leaders — the kind who inspire, coach, and create great team culture. What You’ll Do Design, develop and maintain engaging content for leadership programs — including eLearning modules, facilitator guides, activity sheets, participant workbooks, and job aids. Create blended learning experiences that combine digital learning, live workshops and experiential activities. Develop assessments, gather feedback, and continuously refine learning experiences for measurable impact. Facilitate and co‑facilitate training sessions (both in-person and virtual). Manage program logistics — version control, LMS uploads, scheduling, accessibility, and learner registrations. Collaborate with subject matter experts and L&D teammates to ensure all content is current, accurate and aligned to business objectives. Support leadership learning journeys with coaching tools, reflection guides, and microlearning resources. What you’ll bring Proven experience in instructional design and development of blended learning programs. Deep understanding of adult learning principles and their real-world application. Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools (Articulate Rise, Storyline) and Canva; experience with LMS platforms. Experience creating leadership development programs — ideally for people leaders or emerging leaders in fast‑paced or sales environments. Excellent communication skills and confidence working across diverse stakeholder groups. Qualifications Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE) – required. Degree in HR, Psychology, Education or related field – highly regarded. Diploma of Training & Assessment or Graduate Certificate – desirable.
