Senior Cost Analyst

If you enjoy being close to operations, building strong relationships and understanding the story behind the numbers, this role offers something unique. As our Senior Cost Analyst, you will sit at the centre of our production performance at our Lidcombe site. You will partner with site leaders, finance and cross function teams to lift cost visibility, strengthen product standards and support ongoing performance improvement. This is not a back office finance role. You will be out on site, learning the process, understanding the product and helping influence the decisions that shape our results. What you will be doing Leading standard cost reviews and rebuilding product standards based on real site performance Providing ongoing analysis of variable labour and cost drivers Delivering impactful reporting and data visualisations to manufacturing and senior leadership Working closely with production, planning and finance to align on cost structures and performance metrics Being a trusted business partner, providing insights, influencing decisions and contributing to annual budgets and forecasts Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across finance and operations Why you will love this role You will join a passionate and collaborative group who value learning, trust and delivering results together.
