About the Role Joining ourLifestyles (home care support) team, you willprovide one‑on‑one support to individuals with disabilities in their own homes, with travel between clients and working short , split shifts required. To provide best support you will have experience in providing high intensity daily personal activities (including complex bowel care) and manual handling (including hoist transfers). To be considered for a role you must be able to commit to a variety of client session times across various suburbs . The typical suburbs and session availability is as follows: Manly: Mon 8-9am, Tue 8:15-9:15am or 8:30-9:30am, Wed 8:45-9:45am, Fri 8:30am-9:30am and Sat & Sun 8-9amNorth Manly: Thu 5:30-7:30pm and Sat 5:45-7:45pmFairlight: Tue 4:30-5:30pm or 5-6pmBelrose: Mon 6:45-7:45am, Tue & Wed 7:30-8:30am, Thu 7:30-9am & 10am-12pm and Fri 7:30-9amFrenchs Forest: Wed 7:15-8:15amWarriewood: Mon, Thu and Fri 6:45-7:45amElanora Heights: Mon 9-10:30am, Tue 8-9:30am, Wed 9am-12pm, Fri 9-10:30am and Sun 9-10:30am & 5:30-7:30pm Note, shifts will be paid at a minimum of 2 hours and you will be reimbursed 0.99 cents per kilometre travelled between client sessions. Key Responsibilities Provide High Intensity Daily Personal Activities (including complex bowel care) Assist with hoist transfers Assistance with daily living (including personal care) Domestic assistance (support with household chores) Maintain and monitor person-centred plans Documenting and progress note keeping Skills & Experience Experience providing High Intensity Daily Personal Activities (HIDPA) Experience working within a home care setting Confidence and experience in manual handling and personal care Australian Drivers Licence and reliable, insured vehicle Current First Aid and CPR Willing to complete basic household chores Passionate about delivering Person‑Centred care Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including a National Criminal History Record Check and obtain an NDIS Clearance.
