About The Role Join us in redefining convenience for our liquor customers. As our eCommerce Trade Manager, you’ll take the lead in driving growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences across our marketplace and on-demand platforms. This role is pivotal in shaping our trade strategy, managing key partnerships, and ensuring Coles Liquor remains the preferred choice for customers. Your impact will be felt in every transaction, every customer interaction, and every innovation we bring to market. Responsibilities Lead and deliver online sales and profit budgets for Liquorland across on-demand partners Develop and execute trade strategies for marketplace and app channels Manage range, pricing, and promotions to achieve sustainable growth Collaborate with suppliers and external partners to deliver positive commercial outcomes Identify new revenue opportunities within the on-demand market Provide insights into competitor activity and build strategies to stay ahead Drive Liquor share of basket on Coles Online from 1% to 6% over the next five years Manage promotional planning, forecasting, and supply chain alignment About You And Your Skills You’re a strategic thinker with a passion for eCommerce and a proven track record in delivering commercial success. You thrive in complex environments, excel at stakeholder management, and have a deep understanding of the liquor industry and digital retail. Qualifications Proven experience in online trade or category management within competitive retail Strong knowledge of the liquor industry and digital channel management Experience managing P&L and delivering KPI improvements Commercial acumen with a balance of strategic and execution skills Exceptional negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills Ability to lead cross-functional projects and teams Benefits Flexible working options – we actively encourage a positive work-life balance and provide hybrid working options to help you achieve it.
