The Role The role of Business Analyst belongs to the Business Development team in the Office of the Executive Director. We have 5 office campuses across the state and this role will be based at our West Leederville office. This is a full‑time ongoing position commencing as soon as possible. The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in helping drive innovation within and across CEWA, leveraging data, technology and stakeholder insights to transform how CEWA delivers value to students and staff. The role will work across multidisciplinary teams to uncover opportunities, streamline operations and drive strategic initiatives that make a real difference. Selection Criteria Ability to map and analyse current business processes to identify inefficiencies. Experience proposing and implementing process improvements to enhance scalability and productivity. Demonstrated success in translating business goals into system specifications and supporting solution development. Experience with change‑management frameworks and supporting organisational transformation. Competence in creating dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel, Power BI or SQL. Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage cross‑functional teams and support change initiatives. Bachelor’s degree or above in Commerce, Business, Information Technology, Data Analytics or related fields. Highly Desirable Demonstrable experience in a similar position in the education, not‑for‑profit or government sector.
