Client Services Specialist

Join to apply for the Client Services Specialist role at Marsh. This role will be based in the Sydney office. It is a 12‑month fixed‑term employment and a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office. We are seeking a talented individual to join our Client Operations team at Marsh. In this role you will support colleagues and clients in all aspects of administration and technical support through accurate, efficient and timely production of all policy and related documentation across the insurance life cycle. You will receive training through online modules, systems support from the Operations team, and 1:1 on‑the‑job learning. Responsibilities Act as a connector between Broking and Operations, fostering collaboration to deliver optimal client solutions. Acquire and maintain an understanding of clients' business and insurance needs, ensuring all relevant information is noted and acted upon. Ensure timely and accurate production of client transactions, including invoices, policy documentation, and renewal reports. Support effective working relationships with clients and insurers, while seeking opportunities for innovation and process improvement. Maintain accurate records on all clients and adhere to the Company's quality practices and compliance policies. Qualifications High School Certificate or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar broking/operational role, preferably in an insurance‑related field. Excellent analytical and negotiation skills, coupled with exceptional written and verbal communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new systems quickly. Preferred Strong communication skills (verbal and written). Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines through effective time management. Motivated self‑starter focused on achieving results, capable of working autonomously as well as being a team player.
