About the role We are seeking casual aged and disability support workers with a driver’s license and access to a vehicle to join our growing team. Shifts are available Monday to Friday, 7 am – 6 pm, with opportunities on weekends. You will assist clients at home and in the community with tasks such as: Transport Shopping Personal care Companionship Meal preparation Social and community access Qualifications About you A genuine passion for providing high-quality care Excellent communication and teamwork skills Flexibility and adaptability Minimum Certificate 3 in Aged Care/Disability Current Driver’s license and insured vehicle Current First Aid and CPR certificates Australian Federal Police Check NSW Working with Children’s Check Willing to travel between Carlingford, Lidcombe, Auburn, Strathfield, Burwood, Homebush, Concord, and surrounding suburbs The starting hourly rate is from $39 per hour, plus shift loadings and superannuation.
