Our goal is to work together to achieve together by using our resources wisely. The Role We are seeking dedicated Personal Care Workers to join our 87-bed facility in Kempsey, NSW. If you are passionate about providing person-centered care, we have a variety of shifts available. Flexible employment options are available, with both casual and permanent positions on offer. It is essential that you understand residential aged care environment and standards and have a high level of empathy and compassion for our residents. We have a range of shifts available, however, flexibility is ideal to enable us to provide the 24/7 support to residents. What You Will Do Positive resident experience through resident-first approach Personal care is provided in accordance with each resident’s needs and preferences Completing care documentation, including progress notes and daily charts A collaborative, team approach Manual handling of residents is undertaken safely and correctly Feedback and incidents are reported Safe, high quality care is provided in accordance with the Aged Care Quality Standards What you will bring Minimum Cert III in Aged Care Experience in providing daily care and activities to clients Hold and maintain a NDIS Worker Clearance (or willing to obtain) Be passionate about delivering a person-centered approach to care Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills Interested?
