Opportunity The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) provides strategic, commercial and operational leadership to ensure ProWay’s sustainable growth, innovation and long‑term success. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the CEO is responsible for delivering the Board’s vision, driving financial performance, overseeing operational excellence, and fostering a value‑driven, high‑performance culture. The CEO also represents ProWay with key stakeholders, industry bodies, and the wider community. About You ProWay is at an exciting stage of its journey. With over 20 years of operational excellence and reputation, the company has the opportunity, under a new CEO, to design and deliver strategic initiatives and lead the company through the next phase of its growth. Therefore, we look forward to talking to senior leaders with the following qualities. The ability to develop and execute strategic and operational plans aligned with the Board’s vision. The energy to build, lead and coach a high‑performing executive team with strong succession plans for critical roles. Leadership and communication skills to connect with your team to translate strategic goals into clear operational priorities and accountable deliverables. A proven commercial background, leading a sales team to identify and pursue growth opportunities. Someone that champions a safe, inclusive and values‑driven culture that supports accountability, innovation and continuous improvement. The ability to oversee manufacturing performance across the entire operation, including projects, logistics, and service delivery. A commitment to safety by maintaining a strong safety culture through proactive risk identification, prevention and response. Prior experience in construction or manufacturing, ideally with Lean experience. The ability to partner with the CFO to oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and capital allocation. Academic qualifications befitting such a position, with a focus on agriculture, construction, and manufacturing, are highly regarded. Why This Role?
