The primary role of the Senior Electrical Reliability Engineer for Energy Operations is the operational support of breakdowns, identification, analysis and rectification of electrical reliability issues, the delivery of medium-sized electrical projects, and the investigation of failures. You’ll gain exposure to LM6000 and Titan 130 gas turbines, Bergen gas reciprocating engines, high-voltage substations up to 220 kV, and 100 MW+ solar arrays. Key Responsibilities Assist operational teams with the troubleshooting and problem solving on day-to-day issues. Apply RCM and FMEA methodologies to identify and eliminate recurring failure modes. and implement maintenance strategies to improve the reliability of electrical systems and components. Analyse equipment performance data to identify trends and opportunities for enhancement. Assist operational and planning teams with the execution of the maintenance strategies. Develop and optimise asset management strategies for electrical systems. Contribute to the development of long-term asset lifecycle plans. Qualifications and Experience A Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering. Minimum 6+ years’ experience in an operational engineering, reliability, or maintenance roles.
