About The Role An award winning, well-known and established builder with a reputation for building quality homes is currently experiencing growth. Due to this, they are looking for an experienced and passionate Sales Manager to join their team in the Illawarra / South Coast region. You will work with existing Consultants and work to build the team further. Identifying customer's needs and determining products to suit their requirements to build their dream home Understand the fundamentals of building & design, understanding different blocks and building requirements Generating and following up leads to convert to sales Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers Developing external referral relationships with developers and real estate agents Consistent market research providing an understanding of housing industry Managing and developing a high performing team About You You will be a confident and approachable personality, driven to succeed within a sales environment whilst providing an authentic client experience. You will also possess; A strong track record in new home sales, experience is a MUST Thorough understanding of current residential market trends Sound knowledge of KDR Demonstrated success in converting leads into sales Knowledge of the building industry and understanding of architectural plans Ability to build great relationships Good knowledge of IT systems and processes Ability to work weekends Remuneration & Benefits The successful candidate will receive a competitive base salary, car, as well as being rewarded with a generous commission structure.
