A rare opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and driven Real Estate Agent to join our Completed Homes division at Plantation Homes. As a market innovator, we lead the way in new home design and sustainable building practices. This is not a typical real estate role. You will not need to list properties. Instead, you will focus on selling beautifully finished homes that are ready for immediate move-in. About The Role You will represent our Ready Built brand across North Brisbane, Sunshine Coast and Redland Bay. Your day will involve conducting open homes and private inspections, managing customer enquiries, and guiding buyers through the entire sales process. You will work closely with internal teams and external networks to ensure every home and sales office is presented to the highest standard. This role offers autonomy and the chance to build strong relationships with agents, developers and brokers. You will be supported by a collaborative team and a business that values professionalism, integrity and service excellence. Key Responsibilities Consult with clients to understand their needs and match them with the right home Conduct open homes, private inspections and manage walk-in enquiries Maintain accurate stocklists and manage sales documentation from deposit to settlement Liaise with external agents, developers and mortgage brokers to generate leads Present homes and sales offices to brand standards Report weekly sales and contribute to budget planning Follow the Plantation Homes sales framework and uphold service excellence About You You are a high performer with a proven track record in real estate or property sales. You are confident, organised and customer-focused, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You are available to work weekends and travel across your region. You Will Bring Real Estate License (REIQ) - mandatory Construction Induction (White Card) - mandatory Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle Strong IT and administrative skills Attention to detail and a proactive mindset Extensive experience in the real estate industry You Demonstrate Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills Clear and confident communication across diverse customer groups Positive attitude, resilience, tenacity, drive, and self-motivation Flexibility and the ability to thrive under pressure A collaborative spirit and commitment to team goals Why Join Us Plantation Homes is leading the way in the Queensland Residential Construction industry.
