Business Development Consultant At ATTC, we are a leading Registered Training Organisation (RTO) committed to delivering high-quality training and education services to individuals and businesses. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Consultant to join our dynamic team and help us expand our reach and impact. Position Overview: As a Business Development Consultant , you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and business opportunities for our RTO. Your main responsibilities will include identifying new markets, building relationships with corporate clients, developing partnerships, and working closely with our training delivery teams to ensure alignment with client needs. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the organisation’s client base. Build and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients, industry leaders, and community partners. Present and promote RTO services to prospective clients and stakeholders. Develop tailored training solutions that meet client needs, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and engagement. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create strategic growth plans. Maintain and grow existing client relationships through exceptional service and consistent follow-up. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Achieve set sales targets and KPIs. Key Requirements: Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within the education or training industry. In-depth knowledge of the Australian VET (Vocational Education and Training) sector and RTO operations preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to business development.
