Warrnambool Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery – Warrnambool VIC Receptionist – Skin Lab by WPRS Maternity Leave Position | 12 Months | Commencing February 2026 Warrnambool Skin Lab by WPRS is a leading skin health and cosmetic medical clinic dedicated to providing the highest standards in patient care, skin rejuvenation, and aesthetic medicine. We are seeking an experienced and personable Receptionist to join our team for a 12-month maternity leave contract commencing February 2026 . This role supports the Skin Health Clinic and the Cosmetic Injectables and GP Medical Skin Clinic of Dr Emma Renouf , Cosmetic Physician. About the Role Providing warm and professional front-of-house service to patients Managing appointment bookings and coordinating clinic schedules Processing payments, invoices, and patient correspondence Supporting clinical staff and assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks Maintaining presentation standards of the reception and patient areas About You Previous experience in medical, cosmetic or beauty clinic reception (preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency with practice management software and general office systems A professional and polished presentation The ability to multitask and work effectively in a busy clinical environment alongside Skin Health Therapists, Nurses and Cosmetic Physician The ability to support patients with enquiries regarding our treatments and cosmeceutical skincare What We Offer Supportive and welcoming team environment Modern and beautifully designed clinic space Opportunity to work within a growing and respected specialist group Staff benefits and training opportunities within Skin Lab by WPRS If you’re passionate about skincare, aesthetics and providing exceptional service, we’d love to hear from you.
