Working as part of a team and being the face of our organisation, we are seeking a Medical Receptionist to work at our clinic in Warrnambool. As the face of our organisation you will deliver on the highest standards of services to our patients, referrers and community. Reporting to the site Administration Supervisor Representing Lake Imaging as the first impression of the practice as you meet and greet patients at the front desk. Answering the telephone and responding to patient enquiries in an efficient and sensitive manner. Making a patient booking while maximising appointment slots. Informing patients of relevant preparation, costing estimates, and requirement to present relevant concession cards. Actioning patient referrals as part of a multi‑disciplinary team comprising of fellow Receptionists, Booking Centre Agents, Radiologists, Radiographers, Sonographers and Nuclear Medicine Technologists. About You Excellent interpersonal skills in order to show patients care, compassion and empathy. Excellent time management skills in order to prioritise tasks. Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team. Excellent keyboard skills for data entry into RIS system. EFTPOS and cash handling skills.
