Location: Sydney only Key Responsibilities Execute performance, load, and stress tests for IVR call flows using Cyara . Build and maintain campaigns covering call routing, DTMF/speech, and integration behaviour. Conduct performance testing for UKG Pro WFM modules, APIs, and role‑based access flows. Analyze performance metrics across telephony, application, API, and cloud environments. Identify bottlenecks, support troubleshooting, and perform re‑testing. Deliver concise performance reports with KPIs and improvement recommendations. Required Skills & Experience Hands‑on experience with Cyara IVR testing and telephony performance concepts (SIP, routing, DTMF). Experience testing UKG Pro WFM or similar workforce management systems . Strong skills with performance tools (JMeter/LoadRunner preferred ). Ability to analyze logs, metrics, and call behavior to identify issues. Strong communication and coordination skills, with experience working across multiple teams.
