Overview Join as a Speech Pathologist New Graduate at Therapy Pro , part of the Australian Health & Therapy Group (AHTG) – home to Therapy Pro, Adaptability Therapy, Tashacare, and Avina. With 400+ therapists supporting thousands across VIC, NSW, SA, and QLD, we deliver person‑centred, evidence‑based care. Why Join At Avina we blend structure with flexibility. Hybrid work balances clinic, community, and work‑from‑home. Choose your hours – minimum three days per week, up to 12 extra days off annually. Collaborate with OTs, Behaviour Support Practitioners, and other clinicians. Two paid CPD days per year, regular supervision, and peer support. Well‑being programs, Fitness Passport, and approachable leadership put people first. Responsibilities Conduct assessments and deliver evidence‑informed interventions. Develop and implement goal‑based therapy plans aligned with NDIS or other funding goals. Collaborate with families, carers, and support networks to build functional capacity. Work flexibly across home, school, community, and remote settings. Manage schedule and admin from home, with local clients and minimal travel. Qualifications Degree in Speech Pathology and current registration with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA). Strong clinical reasoning, adaptability, and proactive communication skills. Passion for empowering people with disability. Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, current Driver’s Licence, and unrestricted working rights in Australia.
