This is a fantastic opportunity to really own the SEO function from SEO strategy, keyword research, on‑page optimisation, technical SEO, content strategy, link‑building, affiliate marketing. You will be re‑defining the SEO roadmap and leading the execution whilst also having the opportunity to expand your skill‑set across wider digital channels. Ultimately this is an opportunity to work with a very collaborative and close‑knit team. What is integral in this position is educating and empowering the wider business on SEO best practices. You will be a team player with a proven ability to establish long‑term partnerships with all stakeholders. If you have extensive experience with SEO, a proven track record in growing traffic and revenue through SEO strategies, have the drive to own the SEO function and diversify across wider digital channels whilst thriving in high growth environments, then this is the role for you Qualifications and Skills 3-5 years experience in SEO (preferably working in‑house for an eCommerce/retailer OR if agency‑side must have eCommerce/retail client experience) Proficient across SEO strategy and hands‑on execution with in‑depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search algorithms, industry trends, UX impacts, load speed, site architecture, redirects, linking, algorithm updates, canonicals Experience collaborating with wider teams to ensure content is SEO friendly Proficient across Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, SEMrush, AHREFS, Moz, ScreamingFrog, Majestic SEO and other analytic tools to develop and recommend SEO strategies Creative and strategic mindset to identify opportunities to solve complex SEO Passionate about SEO and staying up to date with industry trends Extensive experience reviewing performance, identifying opportunities for growth through traffic, conversion rate Experience liaising with staff locally and internationally Ability to run required technical audits and work within internal IT / development teams Proven experience leading content initiatives across website, blogs to support SEO channels (strong content writing skills is a PLUS) Strong analytical skills Proven ability to build long‑term partnerships with peers and all stakeholders Capability to embrace AI technology and other MarTech solutions Experience with affiliate marketing, CRO and wider digital channels (highly desirable) This is a very exciting position, so if you are interested in the above, we would love to hear from you All we need from you is an updated CV.
