City of Melbourne, Österreich ntegrity Vollzeit

Overview ntegrity is a full-service agency with 95% not-for-profit clients. Our mission is to “help good grow”. Our clients look to us to give them direction on how to grow their results, grow their team's capabilities and in turn, grow their impact on the world. We're building a diverse and inclusive team, and we actively encourage applications from all backgrounds. We value your unique perspectives and experiences, and are committed to creating a culturally safe workplace where everyone can thrive. To learn more about ntegrity and the team click here What You Will Be Doing: We’re excited to be hiring a Senior SEO Manager to join our team. This role sits at the intersection of deep technical SEO execution and thoughtful strategic leadership. You’ll lead complex SEO programs, including migrations, technical audits, and ongoing retainers, while also shaping our evolving SEO offering, particularly in relation to AI’s impact on search. This role is ideal for someone with strong agency experience who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, solving complex technical challenges, and developing scalable processes, while still bringing strategic insight and guidance to clients and teammates. SEO Strategy & Execution Create SEO roadmaps that support each client’s goals (e.g. awareness, leads, donations). Do keyword research and competitor analysis to find growth opportunities and defend rankings. Turn keyword insights into briefs for copywriters, and review final content to make sure it follows SEO/GEO best practice. Review and QA work completed by junior team members (roadmaps, content briefs, dashboards, reports). Connect SEO with Paid Search and Google Grants insights to build holistic search plans. Spot CRO opportunities (e.g. landing page tweaks, UX improvements) that boost organic performance. Able to understand how SEO plays into the greater marketing strategy. Technical SEO Run in-depth technical audits to find and fix issues with crawling, indexing, site speed, JavaScript, and site structure. Work with clients to explain issues clearly, recommend fixes, and check that changes are implemented correctly. Lead website migrations from planning through to post-launch, minimising ranking and traffic loss. Build and maintain clear technical SEO processes and QA checklists so work is consistent and scalable. Monitor performance and troubleshoot drops using data and tools to find root causes and solutions. Develop and guide backlink and authority-building approaches. AI, Tools & Innovation Stay across changes in search (e.g. AI search, SERP changes, new tools) and what they mean for our clients. Test new tools and workflows that can improve how we deliver SEO. Support the team in shaping new SEO services and offerings as the landscape evolves. Client Partnership & Delivery Lead day-to-day SEO delivery for retained clients and projects. Communicate clearly with clients about priorities, progress, risks and results. Present findings and recommendations in a way that’s easy to understand and act on. Manage multiple clients and projects at once, keeping work on track and stakeholders informed. Leadership, Mentoring & Knowledge Sharing Coach and support junior SEO team members with problem-solving, analysis and best practice. Share knowledge and lead training sessions on SEO fundamentals, advanced techniques and new trends. Help improve and document core SEO processes (e.g. retainers, reporting, migrations) for the squad. What We Need You To Have: 10+ years of SEO experience, with at least 5 years in an agency environment. Proven capability in technical SEO, including diagnosing and resolving complex issues (JavaScript-heavy sites, subdomains, multilingual setups, etc.). Demonstrated experience managing website migrations at scale. Strong proficiency across key SEO tools: Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, AHREFs/SEMrush, and Looker Studio. Solid understanding of CRO, paid search, content SEO, and how channels interact to drive holistic search performance. Confident communicator with the ability to translate technical detail into clarity for diverse stakeholders. This Role Won’t be a Good Fit If: You prefer strategy over hands-on execution. We need someone that can do and enjoys doing both technical delivery and strategic work. You are uncomfortable navigating complexity, ambiguity, or fast-moving search changes. You want a quiet environment with predictable workflows - SEO here requires agility and problem-solving. You don't work well under pressure; we have a lot going on - all the time You like to work at a slower pace; fast turnaround as well as high quality is important. You are looking for a short term opportunity only. We are seeking someone who is looking to grow professionally, rather than simply seeking a remote role to fit existing lifestyle needs (don’t get us wrong, we love remote and flexible work, but we still maintain high expectations for productivity and commitment and would love someone to grow with us in this role). Why Work at ntegrity? Help good grow. We partner only with organisations creating real impact - think Beyond Blue, Vision Australia and The Salvation Army. As a B Corp, we choose purpose over profit and stand by our word. Embrace meaningful challenges. Our work is complex, rewarding and genuinely life-changing. You’ll join a team that leans into problems with curiosity, practicality and heart - and finds creative ways forward. Work with people who care. We’re collaborative, honest and generous with praise. We listen deeply, support each other through pressure, and celebrate wins big and small. Partner with clients you’ll love. They’re kind, mission-driven and committed to long-term impact. We work with them, not for them - building trust through transparency and shared ambition. Grow fast - and help others grow too. With 30% annual growth and 95% client retention, we’re scaling with intention. You’ll get personalised development, real L&D investment, and space to learn, experiment and lead. Be supported as a whole human. We take wellbeing seriously. Flexibility, healthy boundaries and care for one another are non-negotiable - late nights aren’t the culture here. Benefits that matter. Remote and flexible work, upfront sick leave, preventive health support, dedicated L&D funding, and in-person strategy weeks to reconnect and recharge. Ready to join the team?
