We’re preparing to launch an exciting new site later this year and are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Supervisor or Manager to join the team from day one. This is your chance to be part of something bigger than just another construction site — you’ll be building places that enhance lives and create communities About the Role You’ll take the lead on site, managing a team of labourers, plant operators, and contractors to deliver stunning commercial amenities on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role is hands‑on and dynamic, giving you the chance to drive real outcomes on the ground. Your responsibilities will include: Site planning and documentation preparedness Monitoring build progress and providing feedback reports Ensuring quality assurance and ITP compliance Maintaining accurate site diaries and visual records Managing defects and holding trades accountable Building team capability and ensuring compliance Leading and engaging your team to get the best out of them Running weekly coordination meetings and reporting to stakeholders You’ll be a confident decision‑maker, able to identify challenges early, resolve issues quickly, and keep projects on track. We’re looking for someone with a trade background, proven leadership skills, and the ability to build strong relationships across site teams and contractors. QBCC Supervisor Licence is essential Extensive experience in Commercial construction Proven background managing sites efficiently taking into account the Health and Safety of the teams OH&S detailed understanding, qualifications even better Drivers Licence Proactive and action oriented, someone who takes responsibility and delivers the agreed outcomes.
