Northpark Private Hospital is one of the largest private hospitals in Melbourne's northern suburbs. Northpark provides a wide range of surgical and medical services including a dedicated mental health unit, maternity services and a dedicated early parenting unit.
Northpark Private Hospital is located on the corner of Plenty Road and Greenhill's Road Bundoora, close to public transport and onsite parking is available.As an Administration Officer your responsibilities will include:Perform a broad range of administration duties including:Answer and redirect callsOrganise appointments and prepare admission paperworkConduct follow up requests and make reminder calls for visitsMaintain accurate and effective record management systems including preparation of medical recordsCoordinate with staff from other departmentsComplete other clerical tasks such as data entryExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsHighly developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast paced environmentStrong attention to detailAble to work autonomouslyExperience in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)Why Healthscope?
