The role Are you an experienced Early Childhood Teacher seeking a new and rewarding challenge? We are currently seeking passionate and enthusiastic qualified Early Childhood Teacher to join our dedicated Children’s Services Team. Reporting to the relevant Children’s Centre Director, you will play a vital role in supporting our Centre to uphold high standards of education and care, delivering enriching learning experiences that foster growth and development for young children. Join us and make a meaningful difference in children’s lives This position is being offered on a Casual basis, across various Children’s Centres across the CBCity Local Government Area (LGA). Duties will include but not be limited to: Ensure compliance with the Early Education and Care National Law and Regulations, including the National Quality Standards, at all times. Assist in the implementation of an innovative and reflective early childhood education program that is reflective of the principles, practices and outcomes of the National Early Years Learning Framework. Contribute to a collaborative team through shared learning, a positive attitude, and sound communication skills. Develop and maintain meaningful, respectful relationships with children, families, colleagues, community members, management and other relevant professionals; and collaborate to provide an appropriate curriculum based on each child's strengths, needs and interests. Capability to Identify and Respond to Children & Young People at Risk of Harm. A current Senior First Aid Certificate that includes Asthma & Anaphylaxis training. Proven experience providing quality learning experiences and creating enriching environments for young children. Demonstrated ability to communicate positively and build rapport with children, families, and colleagues. Effective communication skills. The salary range for this opportunity starts at $71,819 (Grade D, Step 1) + 12% Super + 25% Casual Loading . Salary may be negotiable dependent on skills and experience.
