Key Responsibilities As Scaffold Coordinator, you’ll take ownership of our scaffolding department – leading teams, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring project excellence. \ Coordinate scaffolding operations, ensuring compliance with manufacturer design specifications, engineers design (if applicable), regulations and standards Grow the scaffold department by strengthen client relationships and pursuing scaffold opportunities. Implement safe systems of work per GHS and statutory requirements Coordinating and lead teams of scaffolders and other team members Scheduling ongoing and future work providing great customer service What We’re Looking For You’re a motivated, experienced professional with a passion for leadership and operational excellence. 5+ years senior experience in the scaffolding industry Strong leadership and planning skills Great communication and ability to mentor and develop teams Knowledge of scaffold estimating, subcontractor performance, and continuous improvement Ability to work under pressure and deliver results on time Detailed Role Specific Competencies Managing performance - Applies clear/consistent performance standards, handles performance problems decisively and objectively. is direct but tactful, provides guidance and assistance to improve performance People Development - Provides feedback and coaching. rewards hard work, takes mentoring role, challenges and develops employees, accepts mistakes, provides visibility/opportunity Self motivated and enthusiastic team player Good written and verbal communication skills Clear/consistent performance standards, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Knowledge in estimating scaffold works Managing performance of subcontractors Knowledge of root cause analysis and continuous improvement within a quality assured framework Requirements Construction Industry White Card (essential) Worksafe High Risk Licence - Scaffolding Advanced (preferred) Police Clearance suitable for Gold Industry (obtained within the past 12 months - essential) Drivers Licence (essential) Ability to pass pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol test Why Join GHS Solutions At GHS, you’re not just filling a role – you’re joining a family-oriented team that’s making an impact across WA.
