Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, you’ll lead the development and implementation of robust governance frameworks, risk management strategies, and audit processes across all divisions and entities. This is a high-impact role where your strategic advice will influence decision-making at the highest levels, ensuring compliance with legislation and promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Provide strategic advice to influence decision-making and ensure compliance with legislation, with a focus on accountability and continuous improvement. Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment with diverse stakeholders to achieve outcomes. Strong problem-solving abilities to navigate complex challenges and adapt to evolving situations.
