Caravan & Motorhome Service Centre Manager

As the Caravan Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our service department, ensuring exceptional service delivery that meets both our standards and customer expectations. Your role will be crucial in maintaining and enhancing the performance, productivity, and profitability of the service department. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the service team to ensure timely and quality service delivery. Oversee the scheduling, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of caravans and motorhomes. Manage customer service interactions, ensuring high satisfaction and efficient problem resolution. Coordinate with the parts department to ensure availability of necessary parts. Develop and implement standard operating procedures for the service department. Monitor and manage departmental budgets and forecasts. Train and develop staff to keep up with the latest industry standards and technology. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. Qualifications Proven experience as a Service Manager in the automotive or caravan service industry. Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Technical proficiency in caravan and motorhome maintenance and repair. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment. Proficient in using service department management software (Eclipse an advantage). Relevant certifications in automotive or mechanical service management are preferable.
