Senior Recruitment Consultant R2R for Exec Search - UK, USA & Australia Propel is excited to be partnered with a global Executive Search firm, with presence in the UK, USA and APAC, who are looking for a Senior or Principal-level Consultant to join the team Company Description An Executive Search firm working with mid-senior level roles all the way to C‑Suite and Board level appointments globally. This role will partner alongside the Australian MD as the team continues to grow. From Construction and Architecture to Mining and Life Sciences, the team works a variety of markets and is open to market experience. This role will be based in Sydney's CBD in their brand new offices The team is ramping up and they are looking for ambitious and fun individuals to join them. Role Description As an experienced consultant, you will be responsible for the full 360 cycle, from BD to delivery. You will manage your own desk in a niche market across either APAC and / or the US (this can be discussed with your preference). You will be working alongside a fun, ambitious team who are as close outside of work as they are in the office Responsibilities and Qualifications A strong background in international recruitment (Executive Search is preferable) Will have a proven track record of billings Will be a confident communicator with internal and external stakeholders at all levels Have a passion for meeting and exceeding targets and maximising every sales opportunity.
