Community Support Worker – Aged Care (Rockingham & Fremantle Areas) Comfort Keepers South | Casual Make a real difference close to home. At Comfort Keepers, we believe in helping older Australians live safely, happily, and independently right where they’re most comfortable: in their own homes . We’re currently expanding our team and are looking for caring, reliable, and compassionate Community Support Workers to support clients in the Fremantle & Rockingham area . About Us Comfort Keepers South is a privately owned, client‑focused aged care provider. We specialise in in‑home support , helping people maintain dignity, independence, and connection in local communities. Our service area spans south of the river , including High Wycombe, Belmont, Armadale, Cannington, Fremantle, Rockingham, Kwinana, and Singleton. Although our office is based in Applecross , you’ll be working locally with clients in your own community. About the Role As a Community Support Worker, you’ll provide essential care and companionship to older people living at home. Your day may include: Personal care (showering, dressing, toileting, continence support) Meal preparation and assistance Grocery shopping and errands Transport to appointments and community activities Domestic support (cleaning, laundry) Social support and respite care Medication prompts Every visit helps someone stay comfortable, connected, and independent. You’ll have: Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing, Disability, or Home & Community) Experience in community or aged care support Current National Police Check (less than 3 months old) Current First Aid & CPR certificates WA driver’s licence (or valid international licence) Reliable, insured vehicle Smartphone for work purposes Availability for consistent shifts Proof of influenza vaccination Ready to make a difference?
