Why You’ll Love This Role We are looking for a casual Member Services & Sales Consultant to be the face of our gym , creating a welcoming environment for members while driving membership sales and engagement . If you’re passionate about health and fitness, love talking to people, and enjoy making a difference in people’s lives—this is the perfect opportunity for you What You’ll Do Be the first point of contact at reception, greeting members and handling enquiries. Sell memberships and introduce potential members to our facilities. Engage with the community —drive local marketing initiatives and connect with local businesses. Assist with administrative tasks such as bookings, payments, and member support. Ensure the gym environment is welcoming, clean, and organised. Build strong relationships with members and contribute to our thriving fitness community. What We’re Looking For A people person who loves building relationships and making others feel welcome. Passionate about health, fitness, and an active lifestyle . Confident, energetic, and comfortable talking to new people (face-to-face and on the phone). Motivated to achieve goals , with a strong drive for sales and performance.
