Disability Support Worker Are you a caring, reliable and compassionate person who is passionate about making a positive difference in people’s lives? We are looking for dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our growing team About the Role As a Disability Support Worker you’ll provide person‑centred support to individuals living with disabilities, helping them achieve their goals and live as independently as possible. Your role may include: Assisting with daily living activities (personal care, meal preparation, household tasks) Supporting community participation and social engagement Implementing individual support plans Providing transport to appointments and recreational activities Documenting progress notes and reporting any changes in clients’ needs About You You are someone who values respect, empathy and empowerment.
