The Opportunity We’re looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our Corporate Finance team. Reporting to the Financial Controller, this position plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations. You’ll support accounts payable and receivable, as well as contributing to month end processing and account reconciliation requirements. Key Responsibilities Manage daily bank transactions and reconciliations across multiple entities Process receipts, payments, journals and assist with cash flow management Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions Oversee corporate credit card management and expense reporting Assist with month-end processes About You Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite or Business Central Familiarity with Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable processes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Experience with online banking systems What We Offer Competitive salary + 12% superannuation Great team environment with supportive leadership Ongoing training and professional development opportunities Beautiful coastal location in Fremantle Fishing Boat Harbour — close to the ocean, shops, and restaurants If you’re a reliable and detail-driven person who enjoys being part of a close-knit team in a great location, we’d love to hear from you.
