We are currently recruiting energetic and caring Educators to join our YMCA Tallebudgera Outside School Hours Care team on a casual basis. As an Educator, you’ll help create a safe, fun and inclusive environment for primary-aged children before school, after school and during the school holidays. With a mix of structured and spontaneous play-based activities, you’ll be at the heart of children's social learning and creativity. Why work with us? You’ll Also Enjoy Salary & Compensation – discounted private health insurance Work Life Balance – working between 6:00 am–9:00 am and 2:00 pm–6:00 pm Working Environment – career coaching and progression opportunities What You’ll Do Supervise and engage children in before & after school sessions Run or assist with a variety of hands‑on activities during Vacation Care Create a welcoming and inclusive space where all children feel safe, supported and inspired to grow Promote children’s wellbeing, confidence, and friendships through play What You’ll Bring Hold or be studying towards a Cert III or Diploma in Children’s Services, School Age Education and Care or similar A great sense of fun, energy and creativity A strong sense of responsibility and commitment to ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all children Current First Aid and CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain) A valid Blue Card (or willingness to obtain) About YMCA OSHC The YMCA provides Outside School Hours Care services to 60 school communities across South East Queensland.
