Structural Foreman – Ground Slabs & Structures: Proven experience in managing all structural elements, including formwork, excavations, concrete placement, reinforcement, and pours (Ground Slabs Only). 1x ? Civil Pavement Foreman – External Works: Experience leading crews and subcontractors on external concrete pavements, kerbs, asphalt, bluestone, and more. Strong knowledge of DDA compliance is essential. We have secured projects for and additional projects are still coming in daily. Our specialties include : New Builds Refurbishments Schools & Childcare Centres Sporting Pavilions Community Centres Service Stations Factories Multi‑Storey Placement (Placement Only) Due to increasing project demand, we’re expanding We currently have 2 active crews and need 2 more to keep up with our growing pipeline of work. The Role – Key Requirements: Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar Foreman role Strong ability to lead crews and manage subcontractors Ability to deliver commercial builds ranging from 10m² to 5,000m² White Card (General Construction Induction) Working With Children Check (mandatory) Driver’s Licence Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings Hands‑on involvement with set‑outs, steel fixing, formwork, and screeding Comfortable supervising trades, labourers, and ensuring quality finishes Can multitask and work with minimal supervision Ability to train and mentor junior staff Strong site safety awareness and quality control mindset References and CV required for all applicants Start Date: ASAP or in January.
