Senior Solutions Architect and Integration Lead MFTE Staffing Services Sydney, NSW A$200,000-$230,000 p/a Hybrid Posted 2 days ago Senior Solutions Architect and Integration Lead Sydney Based | Major M&A Integration Program A rare opportunity has opened for an experienced Senior Solutions Architect and Integration Lead to play a key role in a significant M&A separation and integration program. This role is hands on, technically deep and central to ensuring a successful Day 1 transition of a large mortgage portfolio. If you have experience in complex, large scale integration environments and enjoy solving big architectural challenges, this role will put you at the centre of a high profile transformation. What you will be doing Define and maintain Day 1 and Day 2 target operating models Develop architectural work packages, roadmaps and implementation plans Provide governance, technical leadership and alignment with enterprise frameworks Lead high level and detailed design for systems and integrations Create conceptual, technology and integration architectures Apply best practice patterns for performance, security and cost optimisation Collaborate closely with business and technology stakeholders across multiple organisations Work with external vendors to ensure seamless delivery of the Day 1 target state Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, operational and continuity requirements Translate business needs into clear architectural blueprints and solution designs Evaluate solution options, analyse impacts and support decision making Contribute to architectural standards, principles and reference models Support governance activities to ensure solution assurance and alignment What you need to succeed Proven experience supporting complex M&A separations and integrations Strong understanding of networks, authentication, authorisation and data integration Experience with telephony, contact centre platforms and enterprise technology components High level analytical and problem solving skills Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation and negotiation capability Ability to work effectively in cross functional teams Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills Experience in financial services Exposure to customer portals or mobile app features and integrations Understanding of technology requirements for new office or site setup Strong architectural documentation and governance experience Experience mentoring and guiding teams across multiple domains Why this role?
