What you'll do Lead and develop a high-performing team of Network Change Managers, ensuring 24/7 operational support. Set strategic direction for change management, driving accountability, technical standards, and continuous improvement. Own and evolve the network change management framework, chair the Change Advisory Board (CAB), and manage the Schedule of Change. Coordinate complex network changes, including fault remediation, upgrades, and vendor‑led implementations, ensuring minimal disruption and compliance with SLAs and audit standards. Drive governance and risk management, embedding robust impact analysis, contingency planning, and post‑change reviews across all activities. Champion data‑driven decision‑making, providing executive‑level reporting, maintaining accurate change records, and ensuring network configuration integrity. Proven leadership in managing large technical teams within complex environments. Strong technical knowledge of network technologies (mobile, fixed, IP, transmission) and ITIL‑based change management frameworks.
