In this role, you'll lead the design, implementation, and management of the department's ICT change and release management framework, ensuring it aligns with organisational priorities and governance standards. You'll develop processes that ensure enterprise system changes are well-planned, effectively communicated, and smoothly executed, minimising disruptions and building confidence among stakeholders. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include coordinating release schedules, collaborating with technical and business teams, and providing expert advice to senior leadership. You'll also oversee risk management, facilitate workshops to promote best practices, and conduct post-release reviews to drive continuous improvement.
